Time Traveling Troubadours: Off To Montpellier

I'm working on the second draft of a novel about the Japanese tea ceremony, and I'm heading to the grand city of Montpellier, France for a few weeks to do some intensive re-writing. Some locals still speak a dialect of Occitan called "Languedocien," which covers the Montpellier area. Montpellier is in the Languedoc-Roussillon region of France (recently renamed "Occitanie"). Languedoc, means the "language of Oc," where "Oc" is how one says "yes" in Occitan, as opposed to "Oui" up north.

While in Montpellier, I will continue rowing and also do some exploring around the Languedoc-Roussillon region, including where they make Roquefort cheese, Perrier, and one third of the wine consumed in France.
